Mind Swipe is a mindfulness app designed to help you build daily habits of presence and calm. We value your privacy deeply. This app is built from the ground up to respect your data and keep everything local to your device.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is:

• No tracking
• No third-party analytics
• No user ID

All data (like your daily practice history) stays entirely on your device.

Mind Swipe asks for permission to send local reminders, for example gentle nudges in the morning or evening to complete your mindful moments.

• These notifications are optional
• No notification data is sent to us or to any external service
• You can change your notification settings anytime in your iOS Settings

We store app-related data (e.g., your selected practices, daily progress) only on your device using secure Apple technologies like SwiftData and UserDefaults.

You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or using the in-app reset option in the settings.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting tools.

We only use Apple's built-in tools (like App Store Connect diagnostics) for anonymous, aggregated crash and usage reporting, solely to improve app stability.

We currently do not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

In the future, we may introduce optional premium content (e.g., advanced practices). If this happens, we'll update this policy accordingly and notify users via the app and App Store description.
